Folks Wisdom

This post is not scientific. That's why it's called "Folk wisdom". I haven't done any further research (which I will..maybe..in the future) about these food but; nevertheless, it might help.

Food that make u sleepy, better not consume them for breakfast :

  1. Soy milk
  2. durian (for breakfast?? Well some people do)
  3. yogurt
  4. egg
  5. Kangkung, pak bung, Ipomoea aquatica
  6. bananas
  7. mangoes
  8. tofu

and...there are more sleep-inducing food and we won't know what to eat for breakfast. Almost everyone gets sleepy after eating.(well) But there are food which can keep u awake like:
sunflower seed and anything that contain caffeine.( But, I also believe caffeine is not good for health even though coffee is so tempting). Sunflower seed contains Vitamin B that is believed to help one awake. Or an apple in the morning. Or get enough sleep.

And...
To make u full longer: Cassava leaf
To make u eat more: sambal, chili :D
To make u eat less : sour food
To make u gain weight: junk food
To make u stop eating: poison
To help u loose weight: watery fruit
To help u feel happier: chocolate chip cookies, or just chocolate (dark chocolate...ohohoh)
To give u fresh breath: Minty chewing gum
To train your jaw muscle: chewing gum or bubble gum
To give you more energy: tamarind and brown sugar in water
To ease ur menstrual cramp: tamarind in water ( I wrote this like writing chemical solution..NaOH in water, KOH in methanol..halah)
To keep you healthy:My mom magic concotion (contains green apple, carrot, and "secret ingredient" ..I also dunno..it's a secret)
